• Work begins only after agreed upfront payment
• Delays in payment may pause or stop the project

5. Project Timelines & Revisions

We strive to complete projects on time.
Timelines may change if:

• You delay feedback or approvals

Revisions are provided according to the package or proposal agreed upon.

6. Client Responsibilities

• Required content, data, and approvals
• Rights or permissions for images, logos, or materials they provide

Shapers Marketing is not responsible for legal issues arising from client-provided content.

7. Content Ownership

Unless stated otherwise:

• Shapers Marketing owns all creative files until full payment is made
• After full payment, final deliverables belong to the client
• Raw files, project files, or source files are not included unless purchased separately

Shapers Marketing may showcase completed work in its portfolio unless the client requests otherwise in writing.

8. Advertising & Digital Campaigns

If we run digital ads for you:

• We only use ad permissions you grant
• We never request passwords
• Ad performance depends on multiple external factors
• Results are not guaranteed due to platform variability

Ad spend is paid directly by the client unless agreed differently.

9. Limitation of Liability

Shapers Marketing is not responsible for:

• Losses caused by platform issues (Meta, Google, TikTok, etc.)
• Website downtime caused by hosting providers
• Client-provided content that infringes rights
• Delays caused by third-party vendors or platforms

We always aim to deliver high-quality work, but some factors are beyond our control.

10. Third-Party Links

Our website may contain links to external websites.
We are not responsible for their content or policies.

11. Termination of Service

We may pause or end a project if:

• Payments are delayed
• Communication becomes unprofessional
• The project violates legal or ethical standards

Clients may also request cancellation as per the terms outlined in their proposal.
